Max’s Restaurant History

Max’s Restaurant started as a café (1945) where people enjoyed their food and drinks. As years have passed their business boomed when they created a special recipe for chicken, many liked their delicious chicken recipe because of its “tender, juicy and crispy” taste. Max’s restaurant now is popular as “the house that fried chicken built”.

The number one on the menu list of this restaurant is their famous Max’s Fried Chicken. This dish started this business and until now this is the in demand order of the customers. Max’s offers Filipino dishes like for the Beef and Pork menu list the Kare-kare, Pork Binagoongan and the famous Filipino dish Pork Adobo. Seafoods like Sinigang na Hipon, Boneless Bangus and Sinigang na Ulo at Tiyan ng Salmon. Vegetables like Chopsuey, Asparagus w/ Tofu and Pinakbet. They also have beverages to quench your thirst, soups and salads for the appetizer, mouthwatering desserts like Leche flan, frozen fruit salad and halo-halu, sandwiches, freshly baked pastries and many other delicious and yummy foods at Max’s. On their menu you can also choose if it’s Per Table Set menu or Cater Trays if it’s family or group diners.
